I have a W214 E200 which I got from the official mercedes dealership in Egypt, it comes straight from Germany with some specs/regulations for the local market. i believe one of the regulations they have is restricting Mercedes Me and E-Sim connectivity, etc.

Mercedes Me is available in the car itself but when i try to login from the car by scanning the QR code, it never logs in succesfully and all the apps show an error that i need to sign in in order to download the apps. i am never able to login to the profile on the car itself

Also, on the phone, it loads the VIN number and shows the car but everything else is unavailable.

is there any workarounds to that? using software or maybe i am missing some kind of module to get it to work?

Mercedes me is not available in every country. As far as I can find, it's being launched later this year in Egypt, so not working currently. The license was only just granted according to Google AI. Mercedes-Benz Egypt should be able to give you more specific information as to when it's expected to be available.
