What 225/55r18" or 245/50r18" tires do you run to get rid of Run-flats?

Hello,

What 225/55r18" or 245/50r18" tires do you run to get rid of the Run-flats?
I'm also looking for a smooth quiet ride vs UHP, that's why I found one with 18" wheels and to ditch the Run-flats.
I'm having a hard time finding the 102 load rating required for both sizes.
