Order lead time
I have a Tesla lease that ends next March. My wife is leaning towards getting an E450 next. When should I get serious about an order so that I will have the new car available when I turn the Tesla in?

2025 E450
Mine was a 2025 model year E450. Ordered Dec 4, 2024. Delivered to dealer and picked up on March 12, 2025. Not sure if my experience from that along ago is a good guide for you, but offer it up just in case. Since you wanted a March delivery 😉

I ordered mine late April and took delivery the end of August. Took 4 months. Unless you are okay without the Tesla for a few weeks before you take delivery of the E450 I would order it 5 months out just to be safe.
