I am now wanting to buy a set! Some Qs that need some As first.. hehe

Is there anyway to install these to switch on with the stock fog light switch, and get no errors?

How simple is the install?

And if these hook up to the sidemarkers(which If I am correct, dont flash upon a triggered alarm) then only the brake lights will flash when someone trys jacking my car?

E55 Fitment is not available yet... But to answer some of your questions:

-You can do it that way, But the whole point of DRL's is to have them come on when your city lights are on (DRLS). That's when our kit is on. If you leave your lighting setting on AUTO they will come on at dusk with your lights. If you Hook up to fogs this will not be the case. And If you switch to Running lights they come on manually without having to pull the light switch out to activate fogs.

-Install takes 30 mins at most Install guide included.
Thanks for your interest in our products!!

In my 2007 E63 (Australia), the active fog lights come on, when the light switch is on AUTO, for normal night time driving lights.

In saying that, there would be a fog light error when turning?

Also, in Australia we dont have City Lights. Where would we plug these in? In the same position as "Park Lights" (Turning the switch 1 notch past AUTO)

It would be great to remove the fog lights, and put these in place. But i am afraid of error code when turning. I understand error will appear if trying to turn fog lights on, thats fine. I can avoid that. But Turning lights (active fog), as far as im aware, cant be tuned off, unless done through Star.

Thanks

If that's the case, and you throw a malfunction, We will send you something to fix the problem. So let us know how the lights work. It's a Resistor type plug we are working on.

I know you are working on e55 fitment, will they ride along the top of the vent along the bumper or across the middle like the current c class and other current MB vehicles?

UPDATE:

OEM MB bumper fitment issues are being resolved and the new templates should be complete by end of this upcoming week. Once we verify fitment we will send you the new grilles at no expense to those who did not have the Gary bumper.
