M104 3.2L or 2.8L Turbo kit on EBAY!
eBay Motors: Turbo kit for Mercedes 320 and 300 w124 w210 r129 w140 (item 300296058607 end time Mar-02-09 07:56:36 PST)
Mercedes M104, M103-24v Turbo kit. This kit will fit any Mercedes with a 3.2L I6 "M104" engine or a 3.0L "M103" engine WITH the DOHC 24v head.
This WILL NOT fit the 3.0L "M103" engine with the SOHC 12v head.
Models This kit will fit:
1990-1993 300E-24
1990-1993 300CE-24
1990-1993 300SL-24
1990-1993 300TE-24
1994-1995 E320
1996-1997 E320
1994-1997 SL320
1994-1997 C280
1995-1997 S320
The kit is capable of up to 600hp with the appropriate engine modifications. On the stock M104 engine it can produce up to 400rwhp with a water/methanol kit.
Parts included in the kit:
T3/60-1 Garrett Turbocharger, 600hp capable
38mm Wastegate with 4psi spring
Hallman Pro RX Mechanical Boost Controller(best MBC on the market)
Steel braided vacuum lines
Heat sock for turbo(increases spool time, decreases under-hood temperatures)
Custom T3 turbo manifold
Greddy Type-RS BOV
Breather Caps
27x6.5x2.5 Intercooler(good for 400hp)
2.25" Intercooler piping and fittings (fitted for a w210 e320's, other vehicles will need different routing)
30lbs/hr Ford Racing EV6 Fuel Injectors(fits 96-97 320/280 models, I can get the same injectors for 94-95 models)
3" Airfilter with reducer for MAF(CAI option for 96-97 E320 if wanted)
Oil feed lines
Oil drain lines
All other needed hardware.
The kit has been driven on for 2100 miles. It made 427rwhp at 16.5psi in my e320 and 352rwhp at 9psi.
Here is a video of the kit after I lowered the compression of the motor, it is a baseline run to see what the power was at 9psi with lowered compression:
