You need to put what your budget is before any recommendations can really be made.
Stage I (Pulley and Tune) will usually run around $ 1,500-$ 2,500.
Tuners I recommend in no certain order are Renntech, Kleeman, VRP, and LET. LET is usually the best bang for the buck especially if you can get in on some group tuning locations as they travel to different parts of the country. Kleeman has some nice special going also.
Do a search on these guys and go with whomever you feel most comfortable.
