I purchased it with the car and the prior owner said it was a let heat exchanger, not sure if eurocharged have changed the product at all since this item has been purchased. So if someone can chime in and let me know that would be great since I'm basing the price off the product above.

You might want to check with Eurocharged, but for some reason I think the E55s run a different H/E. In fact I think the stock E55 H/E is bigger than this one. Ask loung14, one of the owners of Eurocharged, he has an E55.
