Selling w203 Eisenmann Race Exhaust $650

I'm pretty much almost completely parted out.
I'm not in the modding mood for the w203 class, and may switch into a different chassis, so I'm taking small steps toward that.
Dad gave me permission to sell my car and get something else in that price range =]

A little history about this exhaust:

I bought this exhaust.. Last year from a forum member.
I've put on 12,000 miles on top of the 2.5-3k the original owner used it for, so this exhaust has been used for about... ~15,000 miles.

It still sounds like it did the first day I put it on.
Every time I turn on my car, the growl it gives off is simply enveloping and very throaty.
That throaty deep roar has really made me love my car that much more, but it's time to move on.
This exhaust sounds best in the following temps:
48-72, and 84-92

And in the rpm range:
1.6k-->redline
It starts from a throaty deep roar into a full out race car like scream.
It's definitely a muscle car type grunt, and a Italian like top end pitch.

I feel like this was the best and most rewarding mod I've bought.
I kid you not, even when I was dumped on pss9's, girls would notice the exhaust note more than the retarded angles at which I took driveways.

I will have pictures when I have access to my computer.
The exhaust is still on my car. It's slightly dirty and needs a good polish, but nothing more than like a good serious 30min wash.
There are a few scratches on the 83mm tips on the bottom because my car was too low going up and down driveways. They're totally not noticeable from anywhere except from straight below the car.

I'm asking for $650 plus shipping and insurance.
This means all I want is $650 firm.
Shipping is on you, or you can drive and meet me up
The item will be available for pick up in Davis, CA 95618

When I had this shipped the previous seller insisted that I let ups do the wrapping because you never know what could happen: the shipping came out to $133.20
It was insured for like $800, and perfectly wrapped @ 35lbs shipping weight across the US. it may or may not be cheaper now. But I'm just saying because of the shape, size, and weight the shipping will be expensive.

If you have any questions please post, pm, or email me.
Thanks!

Edit: if you want a sound clip, just check out the one from mu6enx aka Tommy on YouTube
His quad exhaust sounds pretty much the same as if I had recorded it.
All I have to record is an iphone4, and the sound quality just isn't there.
You really have to hear it in person to fully enjoy it.
This exhaust is LOUD (muscle-y, not rice-y) for a simple bolt-on / weld.

Hey I got a 280 as well, what did you have to do to make this exhaust work? Did you have to switch out the spare wheel well? What comes with the "exhaust" specifically?

Pics will come this Monday or Tuesday when I get it taken off.

Cat-back. Cut and weld with OEM exhaust.

I will sell to the first person who pays first (check or bank of america wire transfer) as no one has really called dibs yet

Here are pics from when I first bought it.
Condition is not as clean anymore, slightly dirtier.
But nothing some elbow-grease can't fix

Here are pictures of it off of my car.
I am going to miss it
Driving just isnt the same with such a quiet stock exhaust.
But I have to endure it to get another car.

Condition as you can see is:
Dirty, Scratches on the bottom, Perfect on the top
Selling as is.
I only want $650 for the exhaust. Shipping is whatever route you prefer.
I will ask the shipping place to package it sufficiently and insure the package for the selling price: $650

Inlet Size: ~3 inches (Couldn't measure exactly, due to additional connector pipe)
Outlet Length: 9 inches
Outlet Size: ~3.25 inches each

Hey there, these are exactly what I'm hoping to put on my 07 c230 sport. I'm in the last few weeks of a working vacation but should be back stateside around the 20th of August. If you can hold off selling it until then I can BoA wire transfer the money to you when I get back. I'll keep you updated and so long as no one else can get me a better deal I'd be happy to give you the $650 plus shipping to savannah, ga. Thanks and let me know if that works for you!
