Stage 2 Ported heads for 55k
Custom hand ported and flow tested stage 2 ported E55 heads! Over 200 hours of flow testing and R&D work to create these high flow heads. Spring pressure increased 10% and all new sodium filled Exhaust valves. About 340CFM of flow at .460 lift. Designed to work with stock or the mild aftermarket cams for the 55 motor. Make more power with less boost!

Nice thing about ported heads on a supercharged motor, you gain power ,effeciency but dont have any drivability issues like with cams. The engine just makes more power, less boost heat and drives the same. Well, except that it is a lot faster.

Only one set of ported AMG 55 Kompressor race heads left right now. Had some of the top racers in Houston looking at the work on these heads and all were amazed! Even the original founder of ASP had his jaw dropped over the workmanship and he knows quality machining, if anyone does.

Any before/after dyno with and without ported heads? Data is nice to have.

as of now these heads seem promising in terms of power. we just finished the install on exotics car. Will have dyno numbers soon.
Next big project will be a upgrade super charger.
