PLM Headers $600
I have a used set of PLM Headers for E55 - $600 firm
Passenger side header has been re-welded at collector. It is a big ugly honkin' weld, but it held up for over a year. I did however add flex pipe, so I think that had a lot to do with it. These are good shorty headers.
These will bolt directly to stock exhaust, or if you want more flow, I have a set of VRP down pipes. These eliminate the cats, but must be fabricated to join stock exhaust. (+$200)
I made over 500 HP on a Dyno Jet with these installed, however here is my last dyno at OE Tuning: (Dyno Dynamics Heart-Breaker)
492HP / 590TRQ
Good HP for LOW LOW, LOW price. If you prefer, there is a re-welded set on ebay for $1200..

The engine torques down on that side, which (when making loads of torque) puts stress on that collector. Flex pipe solved the issue, but only after the weld job. I was very happy with these, but Im addicted...
I think $600 is a bargin. These are a great mod for an up and coming addict when paired with a 180 pulley.. WAIT!!.. you have one of those.
