Up for sale is a stock 2005 E55 engine and transmission, harness and ecu with only 35K miles, it is extremely clean. I originally bought it with the intention of putting it in my R129 SL500 but somehow my plans changed.

I am willing to split the engine and trans depending on the right price.

Looking to get 8k for everything as is.

They are fully operational, I pulled them out of a perfectly running car that was hit in the rear and planned to do a 55 conversion on my old school sl.

Well I have a E500 and wanted to get a E55 but if I can get just the swap for less then half of the cost of a real E55, I think I am pretty serious lol...

Picking up a 04 e55 friday that's why this project got scraped. Sold the sl and my DD cl for the e.

Yea I still have it, just haven't really been driving it much or racing it. That will change this year.

Wow you sold the SL? That engine looks right at home in there, looks great!!! Yea I picked up a E55 last year and it has been a big headache for me, already replaced the motor but I don't want to get into that
