I own a 2005 CL65 & have a spare engine and transmission. I bought the engine & trans about a year before I got the car. A high end shop called Motorsports international here in Irvine Ca. was going out of business and had a road test go bad LOL . the owner showed me a stripped down 05, CL65. The chassis was gone but all the parts were spread out in there basement. They had fenders hood doors seats wiring etc etc. A guy took out the car and rolled it on the toll road down the street. Turns out there insurance co. bounced the claim due to a technicality. the buyer had a fake I.D. LOL. Well I pored over the paper work and parts. the car had 42k. I did some work on his two corvettes and paid him some cash for the engine, trans, engine/trans wiring harness computer and bolt-on's. I have the exhaust from the exhaust manifolds to the converters. My plain was to install the engine / trans into a hot rod. I just fell in love with the real thing LOL

I think the hole package is worth a ton but 8K will get it all.
