w202, w208, w210 Renntech Carbon Fiber Airbox
Might be trading in for another amg. Since this is quite rare, figure someone will get better use of this then dealer. This is for the airbox and afe pro dry filters. I am keeping the air tubes and engine cover.
I've had the airbox for about a year and afe dry filters for 200 miles. Great throttle improvement and aggressive sound.
This should fit w210 98-02 e55, w202 98-00 c43, w208 01-02 clk55, w208 99-02 clk430, w210 98-02 e430 w220 99-06 s430.
$1000 shipped or best offer

Yes, I don't think renntech ever touches the bottom portion of any amg vehicles...just carbon fiber top, increase airflow molding by 1 inch, renntech foam filters, and cut out all baffles. Retails for about 1895 dollars.

MBWorld Fanatic!
I can confirm, the bottom remains the same. The top is raised and baffles removed.
I just installed this exact set up on my C43 and there is a noticeable difference in power and throttle response.

Inside the stock amg airbox, there are baffles/fins that lead air directly to the maf opening. Those are hollowed out and the rear increase by approx an inch to allow more airflow. If you look at the back of the stock airbox, there's a bottle neck where it meets the maf housing.
