Lowest price would you accept for those headers? Are they in great condition? Why was the engine / mission removed from 07 slk55?

......if you sell the engine and transmission for $12K and the s/c for $6K and the headers for $800, the total approaches the price for a W211 E55 entire car. So these things never make sense in the way the seller hopes it would make. Also as blackbenz has hinted, the s/c will be more desirable if it was the twin screw. Your target audience will be these with C43 who will want the combnation of the 5.4L engine and the s/c. The other audience will be those with NA 5.4L engine who will want a s/c. Neither group will necessarily want the transmission, unless something is wrong with theirs. Best to combine the engine and s/c for one price say $8K and the s/c alone for $4-5k depending on if it is twin screw or not. The transmission and headers you can sell separately.

Ok. I've got to get it reconditioned. A few ball bearings cracked inside the nose shaft. If the repairs are only a few hundred bucks. Then it's yours.
If it cost me more than that I will add the overage $2K price.
