2004 E55 Rear Differential $300 plus shipping
I have a used 98k miles rear differential for sale. Stock 2.65 gearing. Removed from my own car when I went to 2.82 gearing. The holes for the rear cover mounting have stripped threads. You will either need to repair the threads or swap the rear cover off your old diff. The diff is crated and ready for shipping. Pictures coming later. Asking $300 plus shipping, it's heavy.

I live just North of Orlando FL. Sorry I was wrong about which threads were stripped, it's been a couple years since I swapped it. The threads that go through the subframe into the rear cover are stripped. Just a note, there are several revisions of the oil cooler fins/cover, so the fins that are included with this diff may not fit another cover, if that makes sense. I had to buy a newer version of the fins to fit the cover on the 2.82 differential I installed. Also, this will not fit 2003 E55's as they used bolt-in axles. The bolts for the fins and subframe-to-cover are not included as I used them on the new diff.

I could go $200 if you want to pick it up...Anything less I may consider just keeping it. I'm located just off an I-4 exit; easy to find.
