This DTK pulley comes whit two shims.

Yes it is a clutched, but it needs to be attached to stock pulleys back plate.

GermanWarHammer, make sure you know what you are getting here. These pulleys are not normally sold without the backing plate attached. They are riveted on from the factory; this will not be a typical DIY job.

They are sold this way and are much cheaper but also you have to source the rivets as well!
