AMG 44O Cooling Kit for C63 in Canada
AMG created their enhanced 44O Cooling Package for the 2012-2015 C63 to expand the vehicle's capabilities "when driven extremely aggressively". Owners were finding that high oil temps were triggering the dreaded limp-home mode during track events.
The solution was a kit that included new and larger front and wheelwell oil coolers, modified air ducting, new air intakes, and custom oil lines.
I purchased this kit from the local dealer, waited the usual several months for delivery from Germany, then sold my Edition 507 and never used it. Still in the boxes as delivered, only opened for inspection.
This means you can have this new kit for CDN $2,700; a significant savings over the dealer list of $3,500.
Local pick-up is preferred but I will arrange shipping at cost within Canada only. Spring is here, rev 'er up!
