Collision Protection - Dashcam - EQA
Hi,
I got back to my car today and found someone had hit my door with their door, it’s only a tiny dent but obviously really frustrating. Luckily the person that did it sat and waited for me to get back and handed me his details to get it fixed. I count myself extremely lucky because not many people would be that honest, however, I never got a notification to say that there was a collision, nothing from the dashcam.
i was wondering what is actually required for it to trigger the warning, why I didn’t even get a recording of it? I would have thought for the price of the car and Mercedes being the brand it is, it would at least have a level of competition to Tesla’s sentry system.
