Cruise Control / DISTRONIC confusion
Hi all, I acquired an 2021 EQA several months ago - a 2021 AMG version which I really happy with. It came with many extras (one of the reasons I purchased this particular car). On my first few trips I tried everything out and really enjoyed the active cruise control - set the speed, too close to car in front or car pulls out, car slows. Speeds up again when obstacle shifts. That being said, on a long journey last weekend, I set the cruise control and the active part didn't work. I've (finally) looked at the manual and according to that (and looking at my steering wheel controls), I don't have the "active" part.
What have I missed? Is there another sub-system that I've accidently turned off which is (or behaves like) the active part? I've been through the Manual several times and checked the settings which are (maybe) relevant but nothing shows up.
Anyone have any thoughts or solutions?
I see this forum is quite new / light on content, if it should (could) be posted in another forum, please let me know
