"Coolant , Stop Vehicle, Turn Off Engine"

"Coolant , Stop Vehicle, Turn Off Engine"
Morning
On Start
Getting a yellow thermometer symbol in a square box which quickly disappears and then I get a permanent message box with red writing maybe 4 minutes into the drive. "Coolant , Stop Vehicle, Turn Off Engine"
I have the newer red cap on the left side and original black cap on right.
There is only a low level line on the left vessel.
When manually venting coolant level looks good - high up on both sides.
Noticed that the car seems to suck down on the right side vessel so that level is lower - after driving for a bit but I think this is normal.
The fan is now on permanently when driving which actually is the most annoying thing.
My own research has revealed - in no particular order:
Coolant Level Sensor Faulty - I think I see this on the expansion vessel and I think its linked to the left vessel not right.
Coolant Temperature Sensor Faulty - Don't know where that is?
Screen wash Sensor Faulty - funnily when it first came on the screen wash was very low or maybe empty. Hopefully this can be got to easily under the front bumper.
Fan Faulty - not sure if this is a symptom or the cause.
Any help appreciated since Dealer booking is end of next week.
