I had a bad alternator in my 2004 e320. I replaced the alternator and the 2 batteries because the bad alternator killed them. The car turns on now and drives normally, but my abs light keeps coming on and off every once in a while. Also the AC will stop blowing every one in a while also. What is wrong with this crazy car.

 

I would suggest testing what voltage you have on the battery. Seeing when your AC and ABS act up is it when the voltage changes. If you have scanner. Clear all codes and see what comes back after doing a drive. It would be better if the problem happens on that drive.
