EQB 350
What includes the AMG version for EQB?

Hi. I have received my new 2023 EQB AMG night Package car. But missing the Sport Steering wheel and the roll cover in the front center console. My Dealer is trying to tell me that there is no such thing for any EQB? I have the feeling I’m getting lied to after spendin over 80K$ for it. It should be complete with nothing missing that is seen on all MB USA Websites for this car.
how shoul I proceed? Lawsuit is a bit harsh. But asking for it to be added/fixed? Partial Money back?
Thanks for advice. HF.

Your dealer is correct.

1) You have the heated steering wheel, which replaces the “sport” (non-heated) wheel in the AMG package

2) I don’t believe any of the 2023 EQBs (at least in the USA) have the center console roll cover unlike other, higher end, MBs in this market. I think this happened with the addition of the wireless charging pad which resulted in a very minor re-design of the center console.

Attached is the Dealer Order Guide for reference.

So just to clarify - in Europe and Asia front drive MBs do have the rolling over for the center console but in the US no GLA/GLB/A/CLA/EQB has the roll cover. It's left open.

And the AMG Line comes with the sport steering wheel for $360, but you can instead opt for heated steering wheel for $90 less and it reverts the steering wheel to the base steering wheel because that generation of MB AMG Line steering wheel didn;t have a heated version produced by the supplier. So it's either sport wheel or heated wheel, not both.

My EQB 300 exclusive does not have power seats...anyone else missing this feature? Odd, because the car is listed as having power seats in the marketing materials and specs elsewhere. I'm thinking this was an early build car (4/2022) and there were supply chain issues? I don't care at all--in fact I see this as a positive considering my old Mercedes seats in my 2008 CL are broken almost constantly. Just less to go wrong, and I'm not one to mess around with the seats, once it is set to my liking. But I am curious how it came to be missing this feature.

People who drive Mercedes' can't even remember they have a key and are easily distracted. How are they supposed to remember if they have power seats?

Most 2022s are missing the power seats. It was well documented. There were significant supply chain issues in spring 2022.
