Battery replacement

EQB 250. Purchased February 2023. Now has 35,000 miles. Range went down from my typical 260-270 miles to 170 miles on a full charge. And I constantly got error codes and turtle modes. Took the car for service several times and all I got was "the car adapts to your driving style" and "there's nothing wrong". Well I've been driving electric cars since 2015 so thank you very much for the wrong diagnosis. I got corporate involved and now the battery is going to be replaced. I bet my car is one of the highest mileage EQBs out there. I just wonder now about the long term viability of this system. I haven't had any degradation with my BMWs, the oldest of which is a 2017 with 110,000 miles.

My understanding is that MB batteries cannot be serviced/individual cells replaced, so perhaps if you had a different make you would have had a more minor repair. If I were you, I'd feel pretty good about getting a fresh battery at 35,000 miles.
