Driver Assistance Package Plus

I have EQC 350, it doesn't have driver assistance package plus, although I believe all the hardware required are there since the car already has access to the steering wheel, breaks... etc.

So my questions are:
- can I install the Driver Assistance Package to my car?
- Is it a software activation or requires additional hardware?
- how to get it?

Thanks John for your reply.
I have a situation that my EV is currently in a country where the agency still not supporting EV cares, so, I somehow have to rely on myself to deal with this, if there is hardware required, I will buy it OEM, and will find a dedicated service center to install it to me (as the agency won't accept the car till they start working on EV).

From the car specs, it seems to me that most probably it won't require additional hardware (except the steering wheel) since all sensors and 360 cam are already installed, and as the car can do auto parking, and can already detect pedestrian and since it also showing the distance to front cars, all these together makes me believe that the major required hardware are already there but the features just need activation.
