EQB Software update now only charging 3.6kw
Hi,

has anyone else had or heard of an issue where your charge capacity has dropped from 7.5kw (Wallbox Promax), down to 3.6kw?

It recently had its first service with Mercedes Benz and receive updates. Prior to service it was charging at the 7.5kw as it should. I’m a bit baffled.

Have you gone through and checked the charging settings? I have found some settings changed after updates.
