OBD to Ethernet cable

I'm going to update my digital headlights to ILS+ next month with RJ Automotive. It seems that I have to purchase a new cable for the software update. There appear to be many OBD to Ethernet cables available online. Suggestions or experiences? Thanks

I haven't verified the pinouts on any of them, personally. I really want to update the headlights, but I've heard of issues that others have had with different brands (e.g., Polestar), where the cars end up blacklisted in the diagnostic service systems. I'm not sure if MB will follow suit, but I don't want to discover that in case I have a bigger warranty claim like an inverter, or something similar.

We've had the re-coded lights on the coupe for several years now and multiple service visits as well as on the EQS with better light coding that had a number of software updates without any issues.
