Tire longevity
I just measured my PS/4 tires on my AMG EX4 after 4000 miles at 8/32 inches. That seems to indicate a useful treadlife of 12000 miles at 4/32 inches. Does that sound about right?

You're doing better than my sedan's first set of tires. Looks to be about right. Our X294 has actually done really well on its original set of Pirelli Scorpion Zeros. Might make it beyond 15k miles. We'll see.

Sounds about right for the EQE SUV, it is very heavy after all, sounds like all your pressures are good and the alignment is good. PS4s wear quicker than non-summer tires, so that is still pretty good wear you got there.

I see comments in the W213 E63S forum about how the 2023 E63S can be bested by BMWs. My current setup can top my old wagon in both 0-60 and 1/4 mile measurements. Such is it power of the dual motors with 677HP. Of course, I have no desire to go to a track to run a competition. Driving my vehicle continues to be fun.

2021 AMG E63s Wagon
Why would I want to use those particular tires? The current tires are PS/4 HL-275-R22 which are rated for 185 mph. I could currently net speeding tickets on demand. I will change these tires for PS/4 - AS HL/ 275-R22 in the fall. The current tires are wearing at the rate of 2/32" per 4000 miles so they would be down to 2/32" at 16000 miles. The AS tires are rated for 70% more mileage so that will cover me for the rest of my lease.

Did your test vehicle have the optional AMG Dynamic Plus suspension package? That would have certainly changed how the car was traversing the curves. My experience with this in my vehicle is that the curves are almost flat. Same technology in the GT63S.
