Wireless charging and NFC - AMG EQEX4
I've discovered that if I have NFC turned on with my Samsung S23 Ultra along with Android Auto that the wireless charging does not keep up with the current drain on the phone. If I disable the NFC function on the phone, then the phone is charging. Is there any way to increase the wireless charge rate on my vehicle?

I've had the same issue. There's no way to increase charge rate. There was a patch to improve this issue with i devices, but so far on S24U, I'm having issues. Wasn't like this with S23U, I think, though I'd have to check prior posts.

I'm scheduled to have the MBUX software completely updated at the dealer on Oct 10. I'll report back if there is any change. I'm adding it to the problem log for the service.

2022 Mercedes EQS 580
I personally find the wireless charging to be useless on my iPhone. I installed a Native Union Drop magnetic charger with a black leather skin on top of the white charging pad. It is installed on top of the mercedes qi charger and this gives me MagSafe charging speeds which are fast.

I discovered that if I place the S23U with the top towards the rear that the phone charges properly. I'm not certain why that is so, but it must be the orientation in the phone that is more compatible.

Confirmed that the wireless charging rate is 25W. I've enabled NFC again.
