Digital Extras Disconnected after 1 Year
We got the notification and subsequently were disconnected from the "digital extras"... Which, essentially, makes the app almost useless.
It is hard for me to believe that MB is nickeling and diming their owners (they want additional ~$15 monthly to restore it) on a $100k car on something, which is standard on the cars that cost $40k or less...
I can't explain it...
Even when it was functional, it was puzzling to me, why the app doesn't have "start/stop charge" icon and one has to go through several steps to accomplish that... Every ev we owned had that function

Subscription services is the latest trend. This is the start of MB's participation. You should have known about this if you did your research prior to purchase or looked at what was offered on the sales overview.
The concept is that you will save some money if you do not need these functions. My wife for example could do without them, but not me.
I have never used or wanted a start/stop charge function, so cannot see the benefit, but you may have different needs.
