Hardwire dashcam battery pack

On my previous E-class it was easy to piggyback on the fuses, but with the EQE this seems tricky
On the driver side there's no space to do so, on the passenger side maybe, but unsure which fuse to use.
seems the 3rd fuse box is difficult to get to (somewhere in the back) ?
Apparently that's also where the fuse box diagram is for all 3 locations ?

- does anybody know where the 2 fuses are for the cigar plugs ? / Or does anybody have a copy of the fuse diagram?)
and/or
- how do i get to the fuses that are apparently underneath the rear seat?

but for the rear, it just states that it's under the seat and should be accesses by a workshop only.
Even though I have access to the front fuses, i have no idea what each one is for, since the diagram is under the rear seat
i can fold the seats, but the bottom is fixed and can not be opened (easily)

pull front of the seat up (sides and middle)
Push the sides toward the trunk and then lift the back of the seat up . (it's a hook that keeps it in place)
Here's the fuse diagram for the whole car (both EQE and EQS)
