Unlikely, you would think those models are basically a EQE 580 that was max tuned, if they push it further it might affect the reliability or the longevity of the motors?

Very unlikely.

The only reason why these "acceleration increase" are possible for the EQE 350 and EQS 450 was that they are software crippled in the first place.
I just can't see how they would on purpose cripple an AMG car performance, which is the major factor why people would pay a premium price for one.
