My MBUX has a mind of its own and has decided that some icons do not need to be displayed. This started after an extensive time in the shop where many software updates were applied. This is what is displayed either with no profile or a selected profile:
The EQ and Settings icons have been removed, and there is only one icon on the swipe left. Pressing the EQ button on the bar brings up this limited function display rather than the display that shows the battery level, charging limit etc.
Pressing and holding the I/O button on the bar does an BMUX reset that temporarily restores the icons and the EQ icon/functionality. After a short while and some soft clicking sounds the limited function screen is displayed.
Waiting for feedback from the SA next week.
We used to have our Favorites disappear every couple of weeks. Was super annoying, I had the process of restoring them down to muscle memory. However, as of MBUX 2.4, the issue seems to be (fingers crossed) resolved. Favorites have been around for over a month or so.
