I have imported car from china to egypt and mercedes me not available in egypt .i have accidently activated the valet and beginner mode .i don't have access to the main profile and cannot get the car back to it's normal
Hmm. I'm not sure on that one. It may require a visit to a dealer. Do the dealers there have experience with MB EQ platforms, especially imported ones? Or you could try to contact MB customer care, but I'm not sure the car will unlock itself without Internet access. Trip to dealer is likely best option.
Ya sounds like a dealership visit or maybe you can do something in XENTRY, find someone that has the XENTRY tool and see if they can poke around. The car wouldn't be able to connect to Mercedes Me servers as the connectivity module doesn't roam across continents. So they can't remotely remove the account as well in that case.
