Hi,
Here in the Philippines the Benz dealer is not activating the biometric feature on the mbux and I know there are features that can access the mercedes benz me app.
I don't know someone can hack or re program the system so i can use all features that other. countries have access too.

This maybe a late reply but,
There is no Mercedes Me and online function for Philippines yet, I've asked dealers when they will have it and they said "soon" and "planning on it" (It already has been 2 years, and I will keep asking them).
Coding can change the region and maybe activate Mercedes Me but I do not know about how it will work on making an account.
Some models official sold in the Philippines have their communication modules removed / not installed for Mercedes Me online services (I think), so a coding or software update won't work but a retrofit may.
They're actually missing out on a lot of features without Mercedes Me, but it does lower the prices a bit.

You can’t hack it. Biometrics and full Mercedes Me won’t work here because Mercedes Philippines never activated the backend services for our region. No third-party shop can fix that it’s not just a software lock, the servers aren’t supporting your VIN.
Your only move is asking the dealer to escalate for a firmware update and module reprovisioning, but if your car was never spec’d for it, it’s dead.
