@W205C43PFL Yes. My ISP managed router performs updates that I am never aware of. Same for my smart IOT devices. My minor iPhone and WinPC updates are transparent but major ones will raise a notice, usually requiring a single click to proceed.
@ScottC2 This update was way late in coming around the second time. Symptoms suggest an initial failed update that was not registered in their system, and then finally an audit process a year later caught it. Last year I had inquired, at my useless MB Service, about it and some other updates. They brushed it off as being only applicable to the US (as if the phone functions stopped at the border).
