This AM, I got message that I have no connection for Tune In internet radio to work. I've been paying $15 a month since Dec and it has worked well. I can go to hotspot on my phone and connect ok. My credit card shows last payment few weeks ago so that works. Mb phone call was un helpful. Said nothing wrong that they know of. Turned Car on and off, no help. My mb app shows I have this in the digital extras. Guess some software hoseup someplace.

Anyone else having same issue?

 

If you are paying the $15/month to a cellular provider for internet in the car, I would contact them next.

 

Invoice was always from MB, I set this up on the app from digital extras. I presume T mobile provides the connection, but I don't have the internet hotspot service from them for yet another fee. I'm getting traffic info and real time charger station status, so I must have a connection.

Wife drove car yesterday, maybe something got changed, but not obvious at the moment.... at least bluetooth hotspot works for now.

 

Fixed. Went to my mb app and in digital extras, turned off, then back on internet radio and it is back. Must be software glitch someplace needing a reset of the function to work. Back to Smooth Jazz New York.
