For those leasing, what are you getting for money factor and residuals?

Or, if you are financing purchase through dealer what rate you are getting.

I was quoted lease rates (EQS 450X4 SUV) with a money factor of 0.003 (7.2%) and residuals of 54% for 36 months @ 10k miles / year and 50% for 42 months @ 10k miles / year. I couldn't get them to move on the money factor so I'm buying our EQS. I compared the monthly lease payment to a 72 month loan @ 5.5% with the same amount down, and the payments were very close. So the lease didn't seem like a good deal.

We are financing the balance after trade-in and downpayment @ 4.75% for 69 months. Probably not the best rate, but not terrible in the current climate. Using a local credit union.
