Where is Mercedes Getting These Fantasy Mileage Figures?
This is the map on the Mercedes app showing how far I should be able to drive with a 80% and 100% charge from my current location just west of Houston, Texas. Even in a fantasy world my EQS 580 SUV cannot come close to these distances. Some of the cities at the edge of the supposed range are 410 miles from my location. Is this map completely useless or am I missing something?

I checked map distances using Google Maps.
The EQS SUV 450+ with a stated 305 mile range comes up short by 30 to 50 miles between the city pairs listed below.
Cat Spring, TX
to Reynosa, MX = 335 miles
to Wichita Falls, TX = 356 miles
to Ardmore, OK = 333 miles
I just picked cities at the outer edge of the lighter blue area. For example Brookshire, Texas to Dryden, Texas or Brookshire, Texas to McAlester, OK. These are road miles not as the crow flies. My point is why isn’t this map much more conservative to match the real world distance the EQS can travel? The map is useless as is….
