Seat Position Issue

So when I get in the car and select my profile, about 50% of the time it remembers my seat settings. Of course the goal is to get it to 100% ! Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?

I’ve had my 580 sedan for about three weeks and this has happened to me about 3 or 4 times. On my previous S560 it also happened on rare occasion. I was trying to figure out if I did something wrong, like let up on the brake too soon. Nothing I could figure out. I just push the saved memory button on the door and all is well. It happens so infrequently for me I’m not that concerned about it. If it happens as often as you describe I would be more intent at getting to the bottom of it.

For me it is about 50% of the time but given that MB is a high dollar luxury brand it should never happen. I have never had this issue with Lexus, BMW, Tesla or Jag. I called my service center today and they are checking on a a software update. Even the folks at the EQS hotline are stumped.

I feel the same way. I should not have phrased it as I was not concerned, because everytime it does occur I get frustrated thinking the same thing: this is an expensive car, thus should not happen! My car is going in to the shop Thursday to check for any software updates as well.
