EQS Web Browser-streaming

Any idea why I cannot stream Netflix on my EQS 580 SUV Browser? YouTube will stream just fine, but all the Netflix titles result in an error that streaming is not supported.

Are you signed in? Netflix is a paid service.

Yes, I have an account and am signed in, can see all the users I havbe set up but cannot stream any of the videos.

2023 EQS 580 SUV Selenite Grey

I have the same issue I can see the account and all family members but not play any titles. Must be a plugin or decoder issue with the MB browser, however, I was able to stream Amazon Prime Video just fine and watch live football.

it seems that there is a browser add-on for the "Netflix app". Have you tried it from the media player?
