What do you guys think of the floor mats? I was putting in my all weather mats and was surprised to how cheapy the carpet mats feel. Also I have been having this problem of the carpet like almost coming apart (all little fibers clumping up together

I was surprised how thin my mats were especially on such a expensive car. All of my other MB’s in the past came with much better/thicker mats. I always immediately replace the mats with all weather rubber mats and store the originals until I eventually trade the car in.

Welcome to EVs. Everything is done for lower weight and longer battery range; this means less material. And, beneficially for the carmaker, cheaper. I drove a Rivian R1T yesterday and it was neato but not luxury. Vegan leather lol, real leather is heavier than plastic seats.
