I believe the filters will be replaced at the first scheduled maintenance service which is included with the purchase of the SUV. Subsequent replacements will probably cost about $500 to $600. DIYers should be able to change the filters for about $300. HEPA filter cartridges in EQS SUV

The filters are much larger than a typical cabin filter. I also found some info about HEPA filters for non-automotive applications online. Apparently, touching the surface of the active filter area with your hands can ruin the filters. I doubt if it will be easy to find DIY instructions for changing the filters. Hopefully, instructions will be included with the replacement filters. When I get a chance I will take another photo showing the width of the filter.
