A/C not working?

2019 G550, 1999 SWB G500, 2012 SLS
A/C not working?
Hi Guys-

1000 miles into ownership of an EQS 580 Pinnacle trim. Love the car so far, but just realized the A/C is not blowing at all thru the vents. No error messages, but air does not come out from the mid-vents and seems like it only lightly blows in defrost mode. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a way to hard or soft reset the car in hopes this kicks it back on?
