Interior cleaning recommendations

Given this vehicle has multiple premium finishes (glass , Napa leather, not sure what the dash and trim material really is, microfiber headliner ) .. what is the easiest and safest self cleaning method that has worked for y’all ? Looking for recommendations for cleaning solutions and methods (dry/wet). I would like my car looking prestine for years and would like to prevent any damages from harmful chemicals or abrasive methods.

After regular exterior washing I normally use a slightly damp soft microfiber cloth lightly on all interior areas. Two to three times a year I use 303 Protectant on all vinyl, plastic and rubber surfaces and on all leather 303 Leather Conditioner. I am also in a quandary as to what exactly the dash and trim on my 580 SUV is made from at this point. In some ways it appears as a brushed leather but could also be a polymer made to look like leather. Hopefully someone can answer this for us.

PS-I went and looked at my build sheet and my dash and door trim is leather but not the usual shiny “finished” leather as in my other MB’s. This leather looks as if it could be more absorbent so I need to investigate further before I apply anything.

In the DOG, it lists the dash as “Neotex”, whatever that is. I’ve heard some manufacturers have used non leather products for “sustainable “ and green products on an electric car. From others recommendations in this forum I’ve had good results with Leather Honey on my nappa leather seats. I haven’t tried to clean the “suede” on the dash yet.

I used the 303 Leather Conditioner on the seats and 303 Protectant on the dash, doors and other synthetic areas and it worked great. When it dries leaves no overly shiny look like some other products. So I don’t have to clean it off any glass I cut a cheap sponge into a 3x3 square and saturate the sponge to apply rather than spraying near the windshield or windows.

Wait for that parts that aren't real leather, what is the difference with "Neotex?" compared to MBTex and ARTICO leather?
