Minor Issues
Was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the following issues with their EQS? (I have an EQS 580 SUV)
- Deep Waves massage mode only works on passenger seat and not the driver seat, unsure why it happens but every time I start it, it disables after a second.
- Favorites Reset, this is like the 3rd time that my selected favorites have completely reset. Anyone else have this issue, very annoying.
- Is there any way to enable Auto Hold on the vehicle in Auto Breaking Mode?

My favorites have regularly disappeared to for no apparent rhyme or reason and I have been unable to figure it our. I do believe it has something to do with profiles and profile loading loading as after recreating every favorite radio station on 5-6 occasions I finally discovered if I change to another profile and then back to my own they are resorted. Not a fix to the issue but a workaround that is far easier than recreating them all.
I am the only driver 99% of the time and the car is almost always on my profile when I leave it and then get back in and my favorites are gone and my other profile setting intact so it doesn’t makes sense that it be April’s issue but the switching back and forth works

- I haven't yet used the Deep Waves massage but will try it and post again if it works different than what you are getting.
- My favs have never disappeared, sounds like a profile issue.
- The only time the vehicle will hold at a stop is if you do a firm press the brake pedal or when you are using Intelligent Recuperation and the system stops you behind another car. Otherwise, you have to engage it with a firm brake press. I'm not aware of Auto Hold mode if there is one available.

I am referring to the faves under the favorites button on the steering wheel.
With the hold at stop, I have not been able to enable hold just by firmly pressing the brake and letting go, am I doing something wrong?

Another way is step on the brake pedal, after short interval or when the car has stopped, press the brake pedal slightly further, and the HOLD should engage.
