Campaign 2023070020
Did any EQS SUV owner get notification about this campaign? I keep calling my dealership and they are saying my car doesn’t show any campaign. Campaign 2023070020 will update several control units and give everyone rear seat pillows

I received the same response form dealership ! They informed me that they are aware of campaign and so far they applied to some of the 2022 models but I have to wait until this be ready for my VIN - apparently the only way to find out is to call dealership or Mercedes customer care to check that once awhile to find out if it will be ready or not ! Also there is chance some of cars get this update over the air and there would not be any need to go to the dealer ship

I called as well for my 2023 March build car and it is not on the list. I already have E329 mbux though so it is very possible our cars already have the update required. Note that the campaign is for prepping the system to be able to get future updates.
One of my running theory is that, they have to update certificate checking related stuff in the car so that it can verify newer OTA updates in future.

I have an early 2023 EQS 580 sedan which was updated to E329 software shortly after taking ownership of the car. My car is currently in Florida while I summer in RI. I went to my RI dealer from whom I purchased the vehicle and asked if it was possible for him to look up my car based on VIN and see if any updates were available. He said 2 came up, one for control units and one for free back seat pillows. I assume these are the updates mentioned by the OP.
