2019 SL550/2023 EQS 580 SUV
Resigned For My Yearly Apps and The One I Use Most is Missing….

Have had my 2023 EQS 580 SUV for a year and I signed up and paid for the renewed App products. One week later the App that sends you info on how the SUV is charging, the rate and when it will be finished charging has totally disappeared from my phone. What gives? I use this App the most. Any ideas what I can do to resolve this! Anyone have a good phone number to MB I might use? 😇

I almost never use the app as the data seems to always be old. Car gives me a charge rate, estimated number of hours and estimated finish time on the driver's info screen when I plug it in. It then sends me a text message when its finished. So I really have no use for the app, except maybe to change my ChargePoint credit card info.

You should be able to find "Mercedes me connect" in your Google or Apple app store and install and/or open it (if already installed) from there, however.

Rather than go look in the SUV I found it handy to occasionally watch from the house so I could close the barn down for the night .

100% agree with you, having this data show up on the phone is very convenient, and I find it to be very accurate and up-to-date within a few seconds of what’s happening in the car.

He posted a simple question asking for help as to why the app was not displaying the charge progress on his phone. I find it’s useful for obvious reasons.

When you say App is missing, are you referring to an iPhone app, or a menu option in the Mercedes Me Connect app? I also renewed the services after one year and do not see any differences, other than I am now getting pop up messages (like JoeMa above) instead of text messages indicating charging status.
