All the promised software updates?
In 2023, Mercedes was putting out Twitter messages on upcoming MBUX update to have a new entertainment plus package and YouTube app.. I don’t see any updates for my EQS 580. Last update was in 2023 May for some communication module.
Are we going to get any useful software updates?
Hyper screen seems a wasted resource without having good software to use it.. when parked for charging.. having Netflix to watch a movie on hyperscreen will be bare minimum I would have expected.

2019 SL550/2023 EQS 580 SUV
If you do not complain about a particular problem MB will not offer any large updates. They will also not perform any large updates over the air. You have to take the vehicle in and leave it.

Mercedes S560 and EQS 580 SUV
Just wondering what's the latest version available for EQS 580 SUV. Mine is NTG7_E329.501_22411AC3. I asked my dealer to upgrade but they told me that is the latest version available and if there is a new update for the car, it will show up in the Recall list.

EQS 580 SUV
Last month, I had my software upgraded to E445. There was likely an upgrade to the system software as well. It seems much more refined; even the aspect ratio of Android Auto on the Hyperscreen display has changed. Now, the car automatically slows down when I'm in the exit lane. Before the upgrade, it would only slow down when the blinker was activated. Why develop new software if Mercedes-Benz will neither perform OTA updates nor allow us to manually update? I believe the dealerships charges Mercedes-Benz to perform updates. Hence, as @anandhan said, the car must have a reproducible issue. It's truly a shame.
