After 16 months and ~33K miles:
1) Replaced Nappa leather seat cover for front driver seat.
2) Replaced door handle for rear passenger door. Lock/Unlock function would not work.
3) Replaced left headlight assembly. Parking and DTR light error messages even though lights were working.

My 2023 EQS SUV 580 was delivered with a defective A/C valve. I didn't notice upon delivery, due to it being March. When it warmed up in May the A/C was blowing warm. It was in the shop 5 days, waiting for the part. Once repaired, it worked perfectly. I have had no other issues since.

2023 EQE 500 SUV electric and 2024 Jaguar F-PACE SVR 5.0L
My EQE 500 SUV has been surprisingly problem-free. Surprisingly because there was a flurry of different error messages and sensor glitches in the beginning but they've magically disappeared. Only been to the dealer once for a passenger headrest rattle that was driving me nuts and they slapped felt tape between something and fixed it while I waited. Anywho, long story short, this was my first EV so had to deal with the range anxiety thing too initially but I'm now actually quite confident I won't have any problems getting from point A to B. I'm not even sure some of the other EV manufacturers will exist in a couple years the way things are going, forget about warranty service. No worries with a Mercedes tho.

1) Check coolant level warning - had to topoff the coolant, no leaks
2) Recently hearing cracking noise every time the trunk door opens and closes. I also hear annoying sound from my seat when it adjusts to the memory setting as I start the vehicle. Need to setup some appointment to check that out.
3) Get so many warning signs all the time and they usually go off after some time.

Sunroof would close then reopen a bit. There was a service bulletin on it for a software fix. That's it for 11k miles.

I call this my C.O.W. My computer on wheels. Glitches every now and then will be considered normal. If it happens more frequent, then it's a problem waiting to happen and fail.

Mercedes-Benz of Houston North took care of the headrest rattle for me. I bought mine at Sugar Land though. Both experiences were quick and painless.

I realize this thread is for EQS, but I will throw in my two cents anyway.
Since the October 25th 2023 delivery of our EQE SUV 500, we've had ZERO issues requiring service or repair. Am extremely pleased thus far, as I was expecting the worst from reading all the issues reported in this forum.
Yes - we had a series of error messages appear once in December and then never again (Blind spot assist inoperative, acoustic presence indicator inoperative, 12v on-board system - visit workshop, risk of vehicle rolling away).
I also see a message that "Digital warnings are off" when we switch from one driver profile to the other. The workaround seems to be simply shut off the car and re-start it. It's reproducible. I do not intend to make a special service appointment for this. Will wait for something more significant to come up or first service, whichever comes first.

Have a EQS 450+ - its been awful. Replaced multiple parts in the charging harness and system, including completely replacing the HV battery. First charge out of shop and it failed again so currently back at the dealer for upwards of 70+ days over <6mo.

Sorry to hear that. Did you try to file complaint and ask Mercedes to take the car back? I am starting a similar journey now with technicians not able to figure out the problem in my car. They have been coordinating with the HQ.

Yes these error messages are ignorable until it is not. I went through the same. My car is in shop now for more than a week. 12V battery not getting charged. Initially I thought it is just the 12V battery issue but apparently now the technicians are suspecting problem with EV system itself.

I have a 2022 EQS 580, I just recently noticed the driver side windows when I close them they may lower themselves about 3'. Not always, just random.
The only other issue was Phantom stopping when backing up, almost always from our garage down a medium slope. The service dept thought it had to do with the driveway angle and tree shadows being mistaken as people or objects. They performed a software update on the car about 6 months ago, and it has done the trick.

12 month, 10k miles. The only issue that the car has had was that it was delivered with a defective A/C value. The dealership fixed it and the A/C works great. Everything else has worked as expected.
