I’m also surprised that they are not yet offering an AMG version of the 580 SUV.

That was the case for 2024 Model year non Maybach cars. Thanks to the bigger battery, heat pump, and on AWD cars full mechanical motor disconnect, range on the 450+ went up 34 305 --> 339 and on 4Matic models +45 285-->330. 2025 will be no change there, but I'd say didn't need to change, as the expected range on 2024s (don't know of anyone with one yet, though they've now been available for 2 months) is excellent.

I just realized there is no mention of NACS support in the 2025 EQS SUV DOG.
I hope MB is still planning to support NACS and will soon announce a go live date and provide a free NACS-to-CCS adapter for current owners before EOY.

I don't think any 2025 model year Mercedes will get NACS. I think in the CALENDAR YEAR 2025, Mercedes vehicles will start shipping with NACS, so likely 2026 model year cars that will have it.

That may be what happens but what are you basing that on? Mercedes announcement did not mention 2026 vehicles. I think a more likely reason is that Mercedes may be struggling to work things out with Tesla and it’s delaying the rollout of NACS. Admittedly, I can’t base that on anything in writing, it’s just my thinking on the matter. But the only reason I can think of for Mercedes to not yet offered an adapter to current customers is because Tesla simply isn’t ready to receive Mercedes vehicles on their Supercharger network.

You may be correct, they can say they meant December 31, 2025. 
All of that is beside the point that several OEM's have already joined the Tesla charging network and MB promised owners (like me) support in 2024. They have time but I'm not holding my breath any more. It feels like MB is pulling back big time on EV's due to poor sales. I get it, they're in the business to make profit and EV's are not yet profitable for the company. It just that early adopters (like me) will be left holding the bag and looking hopelessly for charging stations when traveling. And we'll likely drive past many Tesla Supercharger stations in our search. Infrastructure is real problem for MB owners and any other OEM that drags their feet on adopting NACS ASAP.
